Rubber Compounds Manufacturing Plant produces compounds for the company’s Production Plants and its external customers, both domestic and foreign.

- computer systems controlling the production process: weighing of materials, mixer and roll mill operations,
- a quality management system,
- highly-qualified engineers and technical staff with many years of experience to design the compounds and prescribe technologies for rubber production.

- EPDM based sponge rubber compounds of the density from 300 to 900 g/dm3

| Form of compounds |
- compounds in form of belts; 5-10mm thick and max. 650mm wide,
- compounds in form of belts; 5-10mm thick, cut into strips and with the width being a multiplication of 36mm,
- compounds in form of plates; 5-12mm thick, 650mm wide and 1000mm long.

| As a producer of rubber compounds we meet the following quality standards: |

ISO 2000
- domestic:
Polish PN C-94153 (sheet),
British BS-ISO 2000,
American: ASTM D 2000 and SAE J 200.
- corporate standards of European and global automotive manufacturers such as: Ford, GM, Volvo, Daewoo, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, WV and Fiat.
