Laboratories |
We design car body seals made of rubber and TPE, rubber and metal parts for car suspensions, rubber goods for exhaust systems, insulation for electrical wires and rubber goods for household products. During the design process we cooperate with the customer from early design stages through production launch and together we jointly solve problems that arise during design works.

The facility of Research and Control Laboratories carries out testing of raw materials, compounds, ready-made products and other materials used for production in the company. These laboratories are equipped with many specialist, state-of-the-art machines and appliances which are used to monitor the quality during each stage of development and production of goods.

The department for the Development of Raw Materials deals with designing the composition of rubber compounds, which meet the requirements of the following standards: ISO, ASTM D2000, SAE J200, DIN, BS, STD, PN and the automotive standards of Fiat, Ford, VW, PSA, Renault, Volvo and GM Daewoo. In addition, compounds are designed on the customer’s request and according to the customer's specifications.
