Raw materials base
Raw Materials Base Development Department deals with designing the composition of rubber compounds which meet the requirements of the following standards: ISO, ASTM D2000, SAE J200, DIN, BS, STD, PN and the automotive standards of Fiat, Ford, VW, PSA, Renault, Volvo and GM Daewoo. In addition, compounds are designed on the customer’s request and according to the customer's specifications.
Raw Materials Base Development Department works on the application of new products and materials developed for the rubber industry, focusing on continuous improvement and on improving the quality of manufactured rubber compounds. With respect to the compound design they cooperate with the world leading producers of raw materials such as: DSM, Exxon, DuPont, Bayer, Eni-Chem, Nippon Zeon, Flexys, Degussa, Cabot, Dyneon.
Our qualified team compound design specialists use lab-scale manufacturing equipment such as: Francis Shaw lab-scale mixer and two lab-scale mills.
Compounds prepared in semi-technical conditions undergo complex testing procedures in our Researsch and Control Laboratory.
