Gaskets for PVC, aluminium and wooden building construction joinery |
Gaskets for joinery made of EPDM based rubber complying with DIN 7863 are available in the following colours: black and light grey (according to RAL table). We produce solid rubber sealing profiles, two component profiles (solid and sponge rubber co-extrusion), flocked sealing profiles and vulcanised rubber corner joints and also moulded corner joints used in window frames.

Self-adhesive gaskets for wooden joinery - consumer profiles |
They are used to insulate wooden joinery (windows, doors) and to insulate all kinds of static and dynamic connections. Gaskets are made of EPDM based sponge rubber. The glass fibre net in the adhesive layer guarantees dimensional stability during assembling and utilisation.

Their function is to provide weather-stripping in wooden constructions of joinery. Gaskets are made of the EPDM based sponge rubber. They have obtained the MTK (Monteringstekniska Kommitten Montering AV Glas) certificate from Sweden which enables Stomil to sell the fore-mentioned goods in Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

Diaphragms for pressure containers |
In our production programme we offer diaphragms for pressure containers used to secure water and heating installations, and also in hydrophores for drinking water, to prevent exceeding permissible working pressure through the compensation of change in the capacity of heating medium or water caused by changeable temperature. Range of diaphragms capacity – from 50 litres to 350 litres. Diaphragms are made of elastomers with the use of vulcanisation method according to the DIN 4807 standard.

Seals for pressure and sewage pipes |
We produce ring seals for pressure F 575 PVC pipes, with standard diameters from 63 mm to 500 mm. F – 575 seals are made of EPDM rubber of the hardness of 60 5° IRHD. The material meets requirements of all European standards including EN 681-1 and is certified as conforming with BS 2494 Kitemark British standard. The material used for seals is approved for usage in direct contact with cold drinking water.
