Rubber Compounds

Rubber Compounding  Plant  produces rubber compounds for the company’s Production Plants and its domestic, foreign and external customers.

We achieve a high quality of produced rubber compounds by using:
  • modern machines,
  • computer systems controlling the production process: weighing of materials, mixer and open mill operations,
  • a quality management system,
  • highly-qualified engineers and technical staff with many years of experience to design the  compounds and prescribe  technologies for rubber production.
Standards and requirements of manufactured rubber compounds
As a producer of rubber  compounds we meet the following quality standards:
  • international:
    ISO 2000 
  • domestic:
    Polish PN 94153 (sheet)
    British: BS-ISO 2000,
    American: ASTM D 2000 i SAE J 200
  • standardów zakładowych europejskich i światowych koncernów motoryzacyjnych:
    Ford, GM, Volvo, Daewoo, Citroen, Peugeot, Renault, WV i Fiat.
  

Quality and research
We issue quality certificates for compounds in accordance with the required and agreed standards and technical conditions.

Development
There is the possibility to prepare rubber compounds according to individual customer’s requirements.


We offer
  • rubber compounds of the hardness from 20 to 90 oShA
  • EPDM based sponge rubber compounds of  the density  from 300 to 900 g/dm3

Form of the compound
  • compounds in form of  belts; 5-10mm thick and max. 650mm wide,
  • compounds in form of  belts;  5-10mm thick, cut into strips and with the width being a multiplication of 36mm,
  • compounds in form of plates; 5-12mm thick, 650mm wide and 1000mm long.
